CA. Isha K.C. is a senior management executive and Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of distinguished leadership in enterprise development, microfinance, and banking. She is the Head of Human Resource, Project, IT and General administration Division at SKBBL, driving HR Governance, Administration control, digitalization, financial planning, and project management for organizational effectiveness and impact.
She holds a Master of Economics degree, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. She has received international exposure through study tours and specialized training programs in leadership, risk management, IFRS, and cooperative financing across South Asia.
Her experience ranges wide—from enterprise loan analysis and monitoring, strategic and operational planning, AML/CFT, credit and risk management, audit and compliance, project administration, IT governance, procurement, and institutional-level policy formulation. She has succeeded in leading various donor projects, Strategic & annual plan formulation, Digitization of process, IT automation, risk and operational policy development.
She previously worked at Agriculture Development Bank Ltd and United Finance Ltd. with expertise in internal audit, credit risk management, and corporate governance. She began her career with Joshi & Bhandary gaining strong foundations in auditing, taxation, and financial advisory.
Passionate about rural finance and inclusive growth, she has conducted training programs for financial institutions and cooperatives on various topics like Risk management, AML/CFT, Financial planning, IT Governance, Auditing, General Administration & control, etc . Her career reflects a deep commitment to financial innovation, rural development, and organizational excellence.
